Outstanding in all regards! Luke and his team of contractors assessed drainage issues in our shower using a logical progression of investigation, and uncovered some major issues. Ultimately this led to reconstructing the shower, which was definitely needed. Clem incorporated all of our design "wants" and then suggested complementary design elements that we would have never considered on our own. The resulting design, and implementation by Luke's team, resulted in a beautiful end product. We expanded the work to include other adjacent issues in the house (which we had recently purchased) to include removal of exterior steps, design and construction of a new deck, repairs beneath the siding in our sunroom and several sunroom windows, tile grout repairs on our sunroom floor, and fixing drainage issues on our patio. In each case the communication was exemplary, the quality of the work was fantastic, and the people doing the work were a pleasure to have around the house. Luke was always available for questions, kept tabs on all the work being performed, and explained the issues we needed to have addressed with knowledge and compassion. Finally, Luke and his team made a last-minute push to get things completed in time for a large family gathering we had planned, which was above and beyond what we could have expected. Very highly recommended!

Right from the gate, there was something different about the "feel" of this company, so much so that we stopped our search for contractors after Luke came out for an estimate. Folks, Integrity still exists! Not only did he respect our home and our safety (during the pandemic); he was always on time/arrived as promised; he was polite, genuine, honest and engaging to every member of our family (young and old), he listened earnestly and honestly offered us several options to consider (not just the highest bid); throughout the entire process, he worked with us to make decisions, worked within our budget; was transparent about issues, concerns, and costs; make a schedule around other contractors working at the house; ordered and coordinated supplies and delivery locations based on an extended timeline, and made himself available to answer questions while we were ordering specialty pieces.
Clem was wonderful in helping us design the overall look, price shop, choose and locate products based on our aesthetic preferences, and answer the myriad of questions we had over the months we waited for products to become available.
When the plumber we had lined up fell through, Luke recommended John of Perry Plumbing and Heating, who again, was a breath of fresh air to work with. The quality of his work, professionalism, honesty, upfront communication, responsiveness, care for our home, online payment option, and quite frankly, the vibe we got from him as well made him another easy choice. We have since asked John to complete several other non-related projects at our home as a result.
From the moment they stepped on site to complete the project, every single member of the crew was respectful of our home and family; they were polite, kind, and personable; they all worked diligently all day in a professional manner; they prepped and cleaned the Master bathroom they were tiling and the whole way from their workspace to the door each and every day; their work was impeccable from floor to ceiling; and after two long years of not having a Master bathroom at our disposal (a pandemic issue, not a them issue), they created the bathroom of our dreams!
